At Ascend ABA, we welcome children starting from 3 years to 21 years of age to participate in our ABA therapy programs. The process for admission includes several key steps to ensure a smooth and informative experience for both parents/guardians and children.
Book your FREE 30-MINUTE CONSULTATION WITH A BCBA. We will gather basic information about your child and your concerns, and then you can decide if Ascend ABA is a good fit for your child's needs.
We will need a copy of the following documents to verify if your child is eligible for ABA services.
1. A copy of the child's insurance.
2. ABA referral from the doctor.
3. A copy of the latest psycho-educational evaluation.
Parents will have to sign the
1. Intake forms
2. Client Service Agreement
3. Copy of IEP, progress reports from another therapist,
4. Preferred schedule
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will come to your house to observe, interview, and administer tests to evaluate your child's needs. This process is necessary in planning treatment goals for your child.
Parent collaboration is essential for the success of ABA services. Changes in the daily routine can be overwhelming to your child and your family. We are here to guide you and ensure parents can implement the interventions successfully.
We will assign your child a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement the treatment plan under the supervision of the BCBA. We are proud that our RBTs undergo intensive hands-on training.
We provide services where children are most comfortable, supporting consistent learning and development.
Workshops and consultations to teach evidence-based strategies for supporting individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disabilities at home.
Comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, deficits, and growth areas, used to develop personalized intervention plans.
Functional behavior assessments and intervention plans to address challenging behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
Training in alternative communication methods and language skills to improve communication for individuals with limited verbal abilities.
Support for the rights, inclusion, and appropriate support of individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disabilities.
